How do I get started with MAMAM?
Download MAMAM from the App Store and open it. The onboarding flow walks you through setting your dietary preferences, skill level, and savings goals. You can start logging meals and tracking savings right away — no account required.
How do I restore my subscription or purchases?
Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions to verify your plan is active. If your premium features aren't showing, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@mamamfood.com with your Apple ID email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > MAMAM > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
My data isn't syncing across devices
MAMAM syncs via iCloud. Make sure iCloud is enabled for MAMAM in iPhone Settings > your name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud. Both devices must be signed into the same Apple ID. Sync may take a few minutes on first setup.
Voice-guided cooking isn't working
Voice mode requires microphone access. Go to iPhone Settings > MAMAM and make sure Microphone is enabled. Voice commands are processed entirely on your device — no internet connection is needed for voice control. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
How do I delete my data?
Go to the app's Settings tab and select "Delete My Data." This permanently removes all your meal logs, preferences, and savings history from the device and iCloud. This action cannot be undone.
Subscription & Billing
MAMAM subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple. For billing inquiries, refund requests, or payment issues:
- Manage your subscription: iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Apple Support: support.apple.com/billing
Privacy & Data
Your data stays on your device by default. Meal logs sync via Apple iCloud. Voice processing happens entirely on-device — audio never leaves your phone. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
To delete all your data, go to the app's Settings tab and select "Delete My Data."
